Cast Stainless Steel Shot
Adopt atomizing process. Appearance is bright, no rust and round grain. Widely used for shot blasting of aluminum alloy casting, zinc alloy casting and other nonferrous metal casting, it makes the casting shiny and highlight the metal color, no rusting and discoloration. Long durability, less wear for the equipment. The surface is bright after process by this product, no further acid treatment.

Stainless steel shots are used in all applications where ferrous residue is a disadvantage or undesired. Stainless steel shot prevents of formation of ferrous contamination and rust color on the surface of aluminium castings, which usually occurs after processing with ordinary steel shots. Stainless steel shots blasting eliminates the necessity of further cleaning of processed casting by chemical cleaning or additional blasting.
 
Stainless steel shots are used in both turbine and compressed air blasting systems. Suitable for blast cleaning, deburring, surface finishing, surface-improvement of:
